relaxing smell friendly staff warm greeting

The room had a relaxing spa smell. It was spacious and clean. the staff made our checkout smooth and waited for our ride. the dining staff warmly greeted us and introduced us to bahn mi, taking our diet into account to prepare it.

the hotel requested a very large deposit at check-in! it was taken twice due to a mistake on their end.

the staff was helpful from the reception to the restaurant. they were always smiling. the room we booked suited my family.. it was spacious. everything is near the hotel, just a walking distance away. i wish i could have stayed longer.

i found the soundproofing in my room to be not that good. i could easily hear outside noise. one day housekeeping came early.. around 8:40 am while i was still sleeping.

the pools had a great assortment, with two pools available and one rooftop pool. the staff was very helpful, especially at the front desk.. she helped us with tour bookings.

nice stay in a luxurious space

spacious room breakfast variety

the room was spacious and beautifully designed. it was cleaned daily, a welcome comfort after my daily explorations. the hotel has two amazing pools, a wonderful addition to my afternoons of leisure after exploring the area, i especially enjoyed the varied options for breakfast, with many choices and a stylish space.
